Description
Administrative Assistant is the qualified person who has the required technical and operational skills for the secretarial support of an enterprise, industry, institution or agency in order for it to operate efficiently. I.e. make proper use of all Office machines, drafting, typing and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, reviews and all sorts of forms, classifies and archives incoming and outgoing documents, handles the public relations of the company, monitors and maintains a calendar of daily activities. This person must be able to operate autonomously and responsibly, matters relating to the organisation and effective operation of a business administration.
